One who is cautelous
Sits back watching us,
Hoping not to cause a fuss
While slyly tricking us.
Crafty but cautious -
That's cautelous.

Every week I rhyme and define a new wacky word.
Come on over to indulge your inner nerd.
And, please let me know of any weird words you've heard.

ReplyDeleteHehe. I hadn't thought about it, but yes... my WWW poems are a bit cautelous. :)
DeleteSo, its hard for a cautelous person to get caught? Or if you know a cautelous person you should cut your losses? Love playing with these words :-) Thank you Rachel!
ReplyDeleteThat is how I understand it - it is hard for a cautelous person to get caught because they are smarter and more sneaky. I'm glad you enjoy the word play! :)
DeleteAwesome choice, yet another addition to new words I've learned here.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I thought cautelous had a nice ring to it. :)
