Incongruent
One could be called incongruent,
For consistently being truant,
Or saying, "Estoy very fluent."
For a student, that'd be incongruent.

Incongruent wasn't totally new to me,
Deletebut it had yet to be rhymed you see,
so I threw it in the wacky word fun,
to get suggestions for another one...
and yeah, Eleemosynarius should be fun. :P
