I have no problem if they hack the big guys just to say they did but if they start stealing from ordinary people and stuff like that, they should burn in a special little place.
ReplyDeleteI concur. :)

Deleteugh...stay away from me...esp if you are promoting for the wrong team...by that i mean most any politician...haha
ReplyDeleteLOL. So, what team is the right team? :)
DeleteLots of great info included with your poem. I think Hacktivism is here to stay!
ReplyDeleteI don't think hacking is going anywhere either, so I'm glad someone is trying to use it for good. :)
DeleteRachel, really interesting to read more about this. Guess it's a reality of our society now.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting. I'm glad you found it interesting. :)
DeleteThe poem and the infographic both go along way to testing your assertions about hacktivism. Definitely the medium is the message here.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure many are worried about the hacktivists' motivation, but don't we always worry that about people in power? Thank you for your thoughtful comment.
DeleteVery neat. The poem itself is fun, but all the additional material is fantastic, some I knew, some I didn't, just what I like about blogs, entertainment, fun, thought and learning. Great job. Thanks
ReplyDeleteThank you Fred! The additional info is meant to be enjoyed as much as the poem. :)
DeleteI initially loved the word as it sounded quite playful, but the true meaning is really truly hateful! Uggh! Thanks for teaching us this word!

Hmmm... I do think they mean the word and their actions for good, but their methods are controversial. Thanks for visiting, Tameka.
