would not be a bore
or feel like a chore
even if the floor
held you in torpor.

  4. Hi Rachel, your poetry certainly doesn't induce a torpor, I've always associated this with apathy, like your definition better :-)

      Apathy is an accurate definition as well. It just seemed to imply more to me... like a weight that leaves you stuck to the ground. :)
